To help gain an understanding of your brand and requirements from a website, we've put together this questionnaire. Once complete, we'll have a very good idea of what you expect from your website.

Your business and brand

A good website is an extension of your branding. It serves as the digital storefront of your business and is necessary for leaving that all-important first impression on your customers. As such, it is vital we get a good understanding of what makes your business tick.

What is your brands mission statement? What are it's goals, and why does it exist? List your 3-5 main services that you want to highlight. Which 2 of these are the most profitable? Describe all other services you offer, no matter how minor. Tell us about your company. What's your history? Why are you experts in your field? What makes your business unique? What is the purpose of your website? Why would customers visit it? What makes your products/services different? How do people benefit from your products/services over competitors? If applicable, provide details about your pricing and packages. How are your products/services delivered? (Retail, online, delivery etc)

Website Overview

Now we have a grasp on what your brand stands for, the next set of questions will give a broad overview of the functions and purpose of your website.

Who is your target audience? What pages do you want on your website? A typical, 5-page website would offer a Home, About, Services, Gallery/Testimonials and Contact page What key pieces of information would you like to be shown on your website? Think opening times, work showcases, menus etc. Do you have a website domain? If so, what is it? If not, what would you like your domain to be? (subject to domain availability) What calls to action do you want on your website? ("Get in touch!", "Book now!", "Read today!", etc)

Website Design

After getting an idea of what your website needs to be capable of, it's time to think about how it should look.

Who are your direct competitors and what do you like about their websites? Do you have specific color preferences, fonts, or branding guidelines we should follow? How would you describe your ideal website's aesthetic? Are there any other design-related details you want to provide that haven't been covered yet?

Final Details

We're almost there! This last section ties up some questions not covered elsewhere.
